The above rates (valid from November 1999 to October 2000)
are quoted in GBP per 24 hour period and include 100% SUPER
COVER (except in case of negligence), Collision Damage Waiver,
Theft Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, Unlimited Mileage,
Location Surcharge, VAT at 14%, Tourism Levy, Travellers Companion
and the option of a free mobile phone rental. If the car is
not returned in time an extra day's rental at extension rates
will be charged, payable locally.
The above rates exclude a fuel deposit of R200 per rental,
an additional driver surcharge of R50 per driver per rental,
optional equipment surcharge (R0-5 infant seats / roof racks
R10 per day) to be requested at time of reservation, young
driver surcharge of R20 per day for renters aged 21-23, one
way rental surcharge of R350, delivery and collection fees
(-20kms R50-70, +20km R2 per km). All these additional charges
are billed directly to the renter and are payable locally.
A marginally cheaper LIMITED LIABILITY (approximately 90%
cover) INSURANCE OPTION is also available where a mandatory
excess deposit from R300-11,000 is required when collecting
the car, payable by credit card or cash directly. If the vehicle
is returned undamaged the deposit is refunded by electronic
bank transfer.
A valid unendorsed licence is required (minimum age 23).
Europcar reserves the right to replace vehicle models with
similar specifications and all vehicles are rented subject
to Europcar's standard rental agreement which may change without
notice.
Petrol must be paid in cash.
The BMW Z3, BMW 328 Cabriolet, Golf Cabriolet and Landrover
