Since it was first established as a private retreat in the late 1970’s, Chaminuka Lodge has consistently offered visitors a truly unique African experience.
Set on the largest private nature reserve in Zambia, with commanding views of Lake Chitoka, this thirty-suite lodge is inspired by the design of an African village spread along the eastern crest of Chaminuka hill. Each of the suites has air-conditioning with en-suite bathroom, personal safe and mini bar and is elegantly decorated in a fusion of contemporary and traditional African themes.
As in African villages, the lodge has airy lounges, "insakas", in which guests can relax in private, enjoying the glorious panoramic views.
