Lake Mburo Mantana Tented Camp provides guests with the perfect combination of seclusion and exclusivity in enchanting surroundings.
Location:
Situated within Lake Mburo National Park on a hill overlooking Lake Mburo.
Accommodation and facilities:
Guests are accommodated in eight traditional safari tents with comfortable beds. Each tent has adjoining facilities with a ’bucket’ shower and ’long-drop’ toilet. The central area includes a viewing area, bar and dining room.
Activities:
Activities are mainly within Lake Mburo National Park and include canoe trips on the lake and game drives in 4x4 vehicles. There are particularly good birding and photographic opportunities.
Special attractions:
The camp runs along a thickly wooded ridge which is teeming with birds, lizards and other small animals. It provides a delightful retreat where the emphasis is placed firmly upon personal service and idyllic settings.
