Greystoke Mahale basks luxuriously on a wide and exotic golden beach along the eastern shores of the crystal clear waters of Lake Tanganyika below the deep green, tropical forest slopes of the Mahale Mountains. The forest itself is home to the world’s largest known population of chimpanzees (over one thousand), eight other species of primate, shy forest mammals, birds, butterflies, giant vines and cascading waterfalls. This is a magical, story-book place where you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing beach holiday in close company with some of the most intriguing and entertaining creatures on earth!
