Tarangire Treetops sits in peaceful solitude amongst a cluster of trees on a private game reserve on the borders of the Tarangire National Park and the Maasai Steppe. Located within the 57,000 acre Tarangire Conservation Area straddling the wet-season migration route into the adjacent Tarangire National Park.
Accommodation and facilities:
Features twenty luxury suites built on tree-attached platforms, all fully en suite and each with a private veranda and lounge area affording sweeping views over the private conservation area and the Tarangire Sand river. The camp has been superbly blended into the environment with the sleeping platforms built into a variety of baobab, mopani and wild fig trees. The dining area and bar are situated close to the swimming pool and elephant water hole and are built upon platforms. There is also a superb gift shop.
