Pemba Beach Hotel stands majestically on a headland overlooking the beautiful bay, nestling amongst palm trees and lush landscaped gardens. Situated in the far north of Mozambique, close to the Tanzanian border, this is the only luxury hotel in Pemba and offers a tropical beach experience combined with aesthetically unique Arabian-influenced architecture.
Accommodation is provided in a combination of sixty rooms and three suites. All are sea facing, with private balconies or terraces. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with a bath and a shower, air-conditioning, a mini-bar, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, an electronic safe, international plug sockets and a hair dryer. In addition, Pemba offers eight superb double-storied, two bedroomed, self-catering villas. All villas are again, sea-facing, fully air-conditioned with en suite bath/shower and additional guest bathroom with shower only, a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer, satellite TV, telephone access, electronic safe, international plug sockets and hair dryer. The villas are serviced and accommodate a maximum of six guests. Dining here is exceptional with mouth-watering a la carte menus and buffets specialising in traditional Mozambican cuisine served in the Quirimbas Restaurant which boasts a delightful terrace. The hotel stands in manicured lawns which stretch down to the Ocean and has a superb infinity edge swimming pool where guest can cool off and enjoy a sundowner.
