Shinde is nestled on a lush palm dotted island in the heart of the northern Okavango Delta. Located at the edge of a lagoon, this is a photographer’s delight, being surrounded by clear waterways which flow over yellow sands and past palm-fringed islands that teem with birdlife and game. Shinde enjoys a remote location which has ensured that its wildlife has not been subject to the pressures of mass tourism.
