This forty six roomed lodge overlooks the Chobe River and Caprivi floodplains and combines immaculate levels of service, luxury and comfort with a truly unbeatable African wildlife experience. Accommodation and facilities:
The lodge has fourty six rooms with four luxury suites; each room is furnished with hand crafted teak furniture and decorated with original African paintings and carvings. The four luxury suites each have a private swimming pool and terrace affording spectacular panoramic views of the open plains. Facilities include a well stocked curio shop, library and a Tshwene bar overlooking the floodplains. The outdoor dining area is enclosed by reed walls and situated under large mahogany trees.
Activities:
Game drives in open sided 4x4 vehicles ensuring maximum visibility, sunset cruises down the Chobe River on small boats or aboard the ’Mosi-oa-Tunya’, garden and river walking safaris and star gazing presentations.
Special attractions:
Guests can relax at a riverside boma area where traditional dancers perform. The lodge also hosts a fully equipped conference room, a business centre and a cigar bar with a full sized billiard table.
